INTRODUCTION TO TEXAS MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY Texas Medical Insurance Company, TMIC, was organized in 1995 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Medical Liability Trust. Located in Austin, Texas, TMIC was formed to provide an expanded menu of insurance products and services for Texas physicians.
